I dreamt about you last night.

Your fingers formed the letter "V" from the top of a tanks.

I raised my left hand

and answered your call:

Victory.

Surrounded by silence

your flag waived in the still air.

Wal away! Walk away!

He goes, we stay!

With cans of Coke Zero and a future of light.

Your battle was won.

And then I woke up

with a beard.

Egypt! My Egypt!

All I have is no-good tears.

But there is a crack in everything.

That's where the light gets in.
